Welcome to my online gallery of original contemporary abstract art and original one-of-a-kind hand pulled fine art prints.
My professional artwork practice focuses both on painting and fine art printmaking. I love and am drawn to the abstract because it has the power to provoke our thoughts and push the limits of our imagination. I like to work intuitively in the present moment - there's never a plan. My art reflects the sum of my experiences and what emotions I'm feeling on a given day translated onto the painting or printmaking substrate using a variety of mixed media techniques. In many of my artworks you'll see elements of both precision and chaos and the tension that creates. But mostly I create textured surfaces for organic and geometric forms punctuated by random mark making. What I am known for and what distinguishes me from other artists is my use of high gloss black and coloured lines usually the last layer of the artwork.
